This Return and Refund Policy applies to all used vehicle purchases from Shenzhen LiuLian TongXue Used Car Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). Please review this policy carefully before confirming your order.

1. General Policy

Given the unique nature of pre-owned vehicles, the "as-is, where-is" sales principle, and the logistical and regulatory complexities of cross-border export transactions, we do not offer general returns or cash refunds for confirmed and shipped orders.
All vehicles are subject to pre-shipment verification. Buyers are welcome to request video inspection or independent third-party inspection to confirm vehicle condition before shipment. Once the deposit is paid and the vehicle is reserved for export preparation, standard returns and refunds are not applicable.

2. After-sales Technical Support

While we do not provide return or refund services for delivered vehicles, we offer complimentary after-sales technical support for all exported vehicles to assist buyers with maintenance and repair needs. Our support includes:
  • Remote technical guidance for common mechanical faults and troubleshooting
  • Consultation on spare part sourcing and replacement solutions
  • Advice on routine maintenance and vehicle upkeep

3. Exceptional Cases

If a material discrepancy between the vehicle description and the actual condition is identified and confirmed by both parties before the vehicle is loaded onto the vessel, we will work with the buyer in good faith to negotiate a reasonable resolution, which may include vehicle replacement, price adjustment or other mutually agreed arrangements.
