Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all vehicle purchases from Shenzhen LiuLian TongXue Used Car Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping Terms

We currently operate exclusively on an FOB Shenzhen, China basis for all export orders. We do not offer door-to-door delivery, CIF, or DDP shipping terms at this stage.

2. What is Included in FOB Shenzhen

Under FOB (Free On Board) Shenzhen terms, our responsibilities end when the vehicle is loaded on board the vessel at the port of loading. Specifically, we will cover:
  • Inland transport of the vehicle from our warehouse to the port of Shenzhen
  • Loading of the vehicle onto the designated shipping vessel
  • All export customs clearance procedures and documentation in China
  • Issuance of the full set of original export documents

3. What is Not Included

The buyer is solely responsible for all costs and arrangements from the port of loading onwards, including but not limited to:
  • International ocean freight charges
  • Marine cargo insurance
  • Destination port handling fees and terminal charges
  • Import customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees in the destination country
  • Inland transport from the destination port to the buyer’s final location
  • Any import licences, permits or compliance certifications required by the destination country

4. Freight Arrangement Assistance

We can assist with booking shipping space and arranging ocean freight on the buyer’s behalf as a complimentary service. All associated freight costs will be quoted separately and must be paid by the buyer in advance. We accept no liability for shipping delays, route changes or service issues caused by the shipping line.

5. Processing & Lead Time

  • After full payment is confirmed, we will prepare the vehicle and complete export documentation within 5–7 working days.
  • Actual vessel departure date depends on shipping line schedules and port operations. We will inform the buyer of the estimated departure date once the booking is confirmed.

6. Transfer of Risk

Risk of loss, damage or theft of the vehicle transfers from us to the buyer at the moment the vehicle is loaded on board the vessel at the port of Shenzhen. We strongly recommend buyers arrange comprehensive marine insurance for the transit.

7. Shipment Tracking

Once the vessel departs, we will send the buyer a copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L) and full shipping details for tracking. Original shipping documents will be couriered to the buyer after full settlement of all outstanding charges.
