Welcome to Shenzhen LiuLian TongXue Used Car Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service govern your access to our website and use of our used vehicle export services. By browsing our website, submitting an inquiry, or purchasing vehicles from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

We specialise in the export of used motor vehicles from China to international markets. Our website displays vehicle information for reference only. All transactions are completed through inquiry, formal quotation and written order confirmation.

2.1 All vehicle specifications, odometer readings, configuration details, condition descriptions and images on our website are provided in good faith for reference only. Exact specifications and vehicle condition are subject to the actual unit and final pre-delivery inspection. 2.2 No public pricing is listed on our website. All prices are available on request via WhatsApp or email. Quotations are valid for 7 calendar days from the date of issue, and are subject to change without prior notice if the vehicle is sold. 2.3 All used vehicles are sold on an as-is, where-is basis. We strongly recommend all buyers arrange video inspection or independent third-party inspection before confirming an order.

3.1 You may submit an inquiry via our website form, WhatsApp or official email. We will respond with a formal quotation including full vehicle details, pricing and delivery terms. 3.2 An order is deemed confirmed only after both parties agree on all terms in writing, and the buyer has paid the required deposit. 3.3 Due to the unique nature of used vehicles, we cannot guarantee availability until the deposit has been received and verified.

4.1 A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total vehicle value is required to reserve a vehicle. 4.2 The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full before the vehicle is shipped or delivered to the port of loading. 4.3 Accepted payment method: Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) to our official company bank account. 4.4 All bank transfer fees, intermediary charges and currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

5.1 Unless otherwise stated in writing, all prices are quoted on an FOB Shenzhen, China basis. 5.2 We can assist with arranging international sea freight on the buyer’s behalf, at the buyer’s cost. We accept no liability for shipping delays, damage or loss occurring during transit. 5.3 Risk of loss or damage to the vehicle transfers to the buyer once the vehicle is loaded onto the carrier at the port of shipment. 5.4 The buyer is solely responsible for:

6.1 After deposit payment, cancellation initiated by the buyer will result in forfeiture of the deposit, unless the vehicle is found to have material undisclosed defects confirmed by an independent third-party inspection. 6.2 No returns or refunds are accepted after shipment and delivery, unless there is proven material misrepresentation of the vehicle’s condition prior to loading. 6.3 All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 3 working days of receiving the pre-shipment inspection report.

7.1 You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date contact and business information when submitting inquiries or placing orders. 7.2 You must not use our website or services for any unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised purpose. 7.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your own communication and account details.

8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profit, business interruption or import clearance failure. 8.2 Our total aggregate liability under these terms shall in no case exceed the total purchase price of the specific vehicle in question. 8.3 We do not warrant that the website will operate uninterrupted or be completely free of errors.

All content on our website – including text, images, logos and vehicle descriptions – is the intellectual property of Shenzhen LiuLian TongXue Used Car Co., Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute or reuse any content without our prior written permission.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12.1 These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. 12.2 Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in Shenzhen, China for resolution.
